Negotiate the Plan · Week 1

  • 1-hour offline PIP breakdown. I will read your PIP line by line and finds every place it is vague, unfair, or negotiable.
  • 1-hour strategy session. Reset unrealistic targets to ones you can actually pass, script your manager conversation word for word, and run a live negotiation simulation so you are ready for pushback.

Deliver on the Plan · Weeks 2 to 8

  • 1-hour strategy session. Pinpoint the exact behavior your manager needs to see to pass you, the habits that produce it, and a daily action map.
  • Four 30-min tracking sessions. Using a dedicated PIP tracking doc, we will review your manager's feedback together and adjust your approach so you are always moving toward "pass."
In parallel, your backup gets ready. While we execute the plan, we set up your job-search backup track alongside it, so you are always in control.
