COACHING AGREEMENT

This Coaching Agreement outlines the terms and conditions under which Mr. Jonathan Office / AlphaCareer/ Jonathan Li ("Coach") agrees to provide career coaching services to the undersigned ("Client"). By purchasing these services, the Client acknowledges their agreement to these terms.

Scope of Services: The Coach will provide career coaching services as agreed upon by both parties, including but are not limited to: resume writing, interview preparation, career strategy, and job search assistance.

Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to actively participate in the coaching process, including completing assigned tasks and activities between sessions. The effectiveness of coaching services is highly dependent on the Client's commitment and engagement. Wechat support is contingent upon reasonable use of policy and ends after 3 months or upon receipt of an offer, whichever is first.

Confidentiality: The Coach agrees to maintain the confidentiality of all information shared by the Client during the coaching process. The Coach will remove access to all coaching materials and Client documents upon request, or automatically after six months after service.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: The Client may cancel the coaching services within 24 hours of payment for a full refund, provided no substantial portion of the services has been delivered. After 24 hours, or once a substantial portion of the services has been delivered, no refunds will be available.
